• - Assistance in problem resolution resulting from testing and customer input in prototype phase.

• - Refinement of DFMEA. Development of PFMEA. 3rd party verification that product
     designs address issues found in DFMEA and PFMEA. Establishment of ASIL
     (Automotive Safety Integration Levels) for part and system design.

• - Assistance in cost-out (VA/VE value add / value engineering) activities - design, supplier,
     manufacturing, technology, etc.

• - Refinement of production testing plans and equipment.

• - Assistance in product and manufacturing design engineering activities including activities to improve
     FMEA rankings and maximize safety.

• - Development of product durability and validation testing plans, testing procedures,
     and testing facilities and equipment with emphasis in "APQP Advanced Product Quality Planning)"
     processes.

• - Supply chain management (SCM) activities including make vs. buy decisions,
     supplier development, sourcing, procurement, quality tracking, problem resolution,
     and containment.

• - Program Management and SCRUM activities throughout entire product life.

• - Personnel development and hiring for entire product life process.

• - Development of organizational procedures.

• - Customer and business development.
