That’s 6,400,000 watts! For Brevini Wind in Muncie, Indiana, Systems Solutions Engineering helped them get this dyno into operation and support them with test engineering and testing. Imagine having a 51,000 N-m electric motor at each end that can operate to 1,200 rpm at peak torque or 2,100 rpm peak speed, driving whatever you want to bolt down to the bed plate in between these motors.
SSE has extensive experience in development and testing programs and can help clients put together complete product testing programs.
Electric Motor Dynos
We have experience in building dynos that deliver power levels from 50kW to 650kW.  All dynos have LabVIEW operational control and monitoring systems, along with extensive data collection.  Some dynos feature integrated power analyzer and torque sensor measuring systems. For overseas customers, SSE also has experience with Incoterms DDP supply, among others.  SSE also has experience with high speed motors  (>25,000 rpm)
SSE designed heat exchangers to integrate into building appearance.
